Q1. What is permanent staffing?
Permanent staffing is the practice of offering organizations with needed applicants for long-term employment based on particular applicant qualifications. A permanent staffing service provider collects the best fit applicants on the basis of salary, cultural resonance, job description, and experience.
Q2. What is contract staffing?
Contractual staffing is the enrollment of employees for short-term service contracts unlike full-time permanent employees. Contractual staffing has gradually become popular since it offers several benefits to workers and employers and allows them more flexibility with respect to hiring.

Q4. What will be the working hours of the talent?
The talent will work with you from Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day
Q5. Can I interview talents at my end?
All the talents would be hired only after being interviewed. All the talents of Defenzelite Outsourcing go through rigorously practical technical tests, the results of which will be provided to you. If there is any particular test that you want to conduct, you are free to do so.
Q6. How long will it take to hire a talent?
This can take between 1 to 2 weeks, depending upon the skills and experience you are looking for.
Q7. What is the training process in regard to the Standard Operating Procedure & Service Level Agreement?
Our onboarding specialist will help you set up and align everything between the team and the client. They will take responsibility for the processes and the SOP documents and also train the team for it.
Q8. Will I receive any report for work done?
Yes, our Project Managers will provide you with hourly reports of the work done. If needed, we can also provide you with weekly and monthly reports.
Q9. Will the resource work only for me?
That’s the benefit you receive when working with us. The resource you hire will work dedicatedly for you, without any distractions.
Q10. How log does it take to hire developers?
The entire process takes around 2-10 days. A clear job description and fast interview turnarounds can reduce this duration.
Q11. Who takes responsibility for managing the employee?
If there isn't one, we can also help you with hiring a project manager.
Q12. How are the developer's skills verified?
Firstly, we understand their technical knowledge through Mettl & HackerEarth. Secondly, we manually verify all data points through different sources to ensure the highest quality of talent.
Q13. Are they freelancers?
We don't work with freelancers. We work with developers who are looking for full-time work but at different organisations. The verification interview is also done to ensure seamless compatibility with different companies.
Q14. How does the payment cycle work?
Monthly to yearly, we have different options that companies can choose from.
Q15. What if you want to add or remove developers?
We assign every company an account manager. Please do reach out to your point of contact to add and remove developers as per requirement.
Q16. Can we hire them on a permanent basis?
We have a different set of full-time hires but the contract hires cannot become permanent until there is consensus from both sides.
Q17. Is it possible to get the developers on location?
We’ve noticed that people with experience now like the freedom to work from a certain location. Post-COVID, this behaviour is very common. We will allow for this to happen depending on the scope and feasibility.
