Terms And Conditions:

Any resource who is working on any project is not applicable to the process of the interview
It is Vendor’s responsibility to keep us updated on placements of any resources which you have shared previously
As of the Commencement Date, this Contract shall be effective for a period of six (6) months or until the expiration of this contract, whichever is earlier, unless otherwise extended or terminated in accordance with the Terms of this Contract.
The contract might be terminated due to a project drop or maybe some other reasons
The candidate have to cooperate with a team leader for every task allotted to him/her
the developer has to keep a timesheet updated each and every day provided by Defenzelite.
any issues by client-side vendors have to reach out to Defenzelite only,
Once the vendor passes the cv to Defenzelite he is supposed to wait for 10-15 days which is a buffer time, in a certain duration if no response is received from Defenzelite, the vendor can share his cv with other companies
once the selection is confirmed the developer information should be provided without fail
Before sharing any resource make sure he/she is under your payroll because we are strictly against third party payroll
We will require a basic level of documents like adhaar card and pan card to proceed with placement, if denied to submit the documents post interview, strict action will be taken against vendor’s firm
once selection is confirmed by the client vendor cannot deny the placement

Disclaimer

Once resources is placed he/she cannot leave between the contract duration
If any of resource leaves in between the contract the vendor company is fully responsible to give the replacement with in 15 days
Once developer is selected the vendor company cannot deny to share contact details and basic documents
Vendor company is liable to pay sum of ₹2,00,000 if failed to place the candidate after selection because of impotence of particular developer in another project, cannot share details of developer, or placed in another company without informing Defenzelite
Vendor cannot reach to our client directly without our consent
